Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 24–36 hours, unless specified otherwise on the product page. To ensure the fastest delivery, we have a daily cut-off time for processing.

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will ship out the same day.

• Delivery Timelines: Most pin codes are delivered within 4–5 business days.

• Remote Areas: Locations such as J&K and the Northeast may take 8–10 business days for delivery.

• Sale Periods: During high-volume sales, slight delays in processing and dispatch may occur.

• Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified. If your order has not shipped yet, you may request a change via email, DM, or call, though we cannot guarantee it can be fulfilled.

• Finality: Once an order is shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible under any circumstances.

Partial COD (Cash on Delivery)

For COD orders, a small advance is paid upfront, and the balance is paid at the time of delivery. Please note that this advance is non-refundable if the parcel is not accepted upon delivery.
